"All good - it does lighten the load but conversation management the ability to search those conversations is key. Has really been the ideal solution compared against all others. No 2 solutions have the exact same features or functionality - so it is very difficult to find the PERFECT solution. Agorapulse is CLOSE!"

"Good, it's easy to use but there are some analytics which are missing and would be incredibly useful to be able to do. The customer service is very good, if I ever have a query I can just send a message and it is resolved/answered quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner."

"The price for the quality of the functionality and wide range of the functionality is amazing! I get almost everything I would get on sprout social but at a better price for what we need and it's so easy to navigate. On the basis I get everything I need and anything else is just a wonderful bonus. I'm excited to see how this developes"
