"It was a mixed experience. Admin staff were very good but sales staff less so. There was a lack of proactivity and I found myself having to lead on periodic reviews of progress. I struggle to see how High Street Agencies can sustain the high commissiin based costs in the face of the rise of the internet. I believe Rightmove sold our property - nothing else."

"I was not told that the Rayleigh branch had shut down, therefore I was told to go to the Hockley branch and the keys weren't there. Then I was told to go back to Rayleigh and wait in Diggins & Co.
