"I walked in to use a gift certificate I had won. I was almost dreading going because I had my 3 small kids with me. Izzy walked right up to me and showed my kids where they had some toys. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or to go above what I wanted to spend. Izzy occupied my kids the ENTIRE time I shopped and was just wonderful."
