"Thought I had a flow switch gone bad. They sent out a technician in a reasonable amount of time. Turns out the circulation pump was seizing up. Technician was very professional. Stayed with the tub until pump was installed and tub was refilled completely. Made sure she started up and worked properly. Couldn't ask for a better guy. Thank you Jon!"
