"Purchased a Ford Focus today. It was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made, and the communication was excellent. The car looks great. While there was a slight problem with a cracked windscreen, I appreciate that a deduction in the price was offered so that I can get this fixed. Thank you again for the great service."
