"Our car broke down while we were staying here. They were not very sympathetic. Just told us we needed to be off the pitch the next morning as they were fully booked for the bank holiday. My car was fixed and my husband took a taxi to pick it up, we left straight away even though we had paid for another night. Not sure if we would go back here again..."
