"A good facility. It is clean and well run. The phone code didn't work on several occasions as it was changed automatically when the phone number on the account was changed. It would have been nice to have been told that, instead of finding out the hard way."

"Good service, and very secure location. The heated storage unit was kept a little colder than my liking and there were indications that it froze up a couple of times (Broken bottles from freezing). Staff was very courteous. "Inah. C. (Customer Service) was very pleasant to deal with, helpful and knowledgeable. Good experience with this storage unit."

When loading from the rear loading dock, the dolly's easily roll off the landing edge if someone is not holding the dolly handle.
