"Predatory calls. They contacted me daily, sometimes up to 3 times a day after I showed interest in their program. Then constant emails. I won't be trying the program after this. I had to block them from my phone and email."

"$8400 for four months. Don’t get me wrong the people are nice but, that is ridiculous. I did some research after my son’s assessment and they told me he needed more development on the right side of his brain. And this is all things I can do at home with my son, puzzles and activities and so on. I’m just flabbergasted."

"Didn’t help our son much. We hoped their program could help our son deal with anxiety and super strong objections he had to doing normal things. After 3 months of visits he was pretty much the same as before. Be warned that it is extremely expensive. Do your research and you'll find their program is not backed by credible evidence, rather is based mostly on..." Read more

"The staff were very welcoming and informative on the foundation of how the program development works. However I was given different information regarding the tuition process and options from my first meeting to the next. I felt mislead and that if the center believed in their program they wouldn’t need to bind families into a up front full tuition especially..." Read more

"While the staff we met was very nice and welcoming we simply do not have the means to afford tuition ($5900 for 3 months alone). It would had been nice to know this before paying for the initial testing for testing but I suppose that's my fault for not pressing further during the first call with them."

"I was immediately glad and relieved to have an assessment for my son. The staff was so friendly and kind. However, we were told we would receive a call in a couple of weeks about getting our son started on the program. Six weeks passed so I called. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for one and half weeks. Left an email and four phone messages. I don..." Read more

"I didn’t see any improvement in my child and I am still paying off the loan!! When I spoke to a psychologist on why this place is not covered by insurance, she said they are not certified in their field. I don’t recommend it."

"Staff is great. Everything is great here EXCEPT the cost. They don't except any insurances and it costs about 11,000$ per child, all they have to offer is care credit. Which is a cut throat financing. So unless you have at least 10k just laying around for your child, (which most of us don't) It would be just as efficient to find a great occupational therapis..." "Take everything with a grain of salt and reseach this. Our doctor has over 30 years experience and has never heard of the place. I went to one of the workshops and frankly, it is shocking to me with the lack of verifable information, clinical trials about this. Also, guilt shaming a parent is not the way to do business if they change their mind. I tried rese..." Read more

"I'm sorry but I paid a lot of money and simply don't feel like I got a thing for it.... Granted, we were so excited, took my granddaughter to every single visit, she had a blast, the staff was great. But nothing changed, I noticed no difference in my granddaughters behavior or attention span or anything! All I can say is I'm very disappointed, like I said..." Read more

"I was very disappointed to find out, that after going through all of the testing for my son & getting to the parent meeting, that the at home program that I was told was definetly possible was nothing more than reading a book & figuring out a plan on our own. We live over an hour from the closest center & commuting back & forth 3 times a week for a minimum..." Read more

"We spent a lot of money, I mean a lot of money that we could have paid for 2 kids in a private school till graduation and more than a year time in their program but did not see any results. It was very disappointing and feel betrayed now that there was not even the slightest improvement we hoped to see. Their program was not meant for the intellectual disab..." Read more
