"I called to get an inspection done in the roof of the home I'm purchasing and this lady that answered the phone was rude so I decided to go with someone else. Bad customer service!!!"

"Sadly, we called early last week for an estimate and still haven't heard back. We even called to follow up after a few days passed and was told Christian was assigned to our inquiry. Hopeful that with our follow up, we would have gotten a call shortly after. Not a word."
