"When my freezer broke down or so i thought in the garage I rang Clock tower to order a new one. I explained the problem but was advised to try plug check etc. It was not the freezer but the wiring in the garage so a big thank you. Rival firms would have sold me a new one."

"Our washing machine gave up yesterday and we needed a replacement in a hurry. I emailed Clocktower and got a really good deal on a Bosch 8kg machine. We could have had next-day delivery but I opted to collect it myself and so we got a same-day replacement. I got a quick lesson in using the machine and a had getting it into the car too.
