"Well I take away all the stars I previously put on. I just opened one of the paint cans they left me with to do some touch up, and they purposely left a small roller in the paint can. I will be turning these idiots into the diamond book, and then into the labor board."

I have a wonderful external door, I just want them to paint one side of that door. it turns out the color they paint are totally different. they came one day before to do the color matching, the guy only stay there for 3 mins and they said he got the right color. the next day, 4 guys arrived and asked me which color..." "If there was a zero rating, I would give them a zero rating. Ken gave me an estimate for a 21 step preparation but I doubt they even did 5 preparation steps before painting. It took them over a Month to get back around to us but they did finally fix everything to our satisfaction.
