"I come here for my Mediterranean salad fix when I don’t have an hour to prep veggies the way they do. In fact, nearly all their buffet items, from sauces to gyro to baklavas are unquestionably labor-intensive, and yet reliably delicious. A falafel wrap + drink rings up under $6.
