It was my cord. I bought a new one frim them. Fits perfect. phone charged in no time. Will not get from rogers again. Gentleman who was here was nice and friendly."

The price seemed high, but when you consider they need special software to do this and I clearly couldnāt do it myself, this is the cost of business.
