"Family of four rented a vehicle 8/13-8/20/26. Very good communication with the rental service, clear instructions with pick up and drop off, only a 3 minute walk from the Cruz Bay ferry terminal. We actually had to trade cars mid week because of a nail in tire and they were extremely accommodating and customer friendly. Highly recommend and will use again."
