"Rated 1 star as they consistently late on delivery - placed the order at 8:25 pm - message was delivery would be at 9:25 pm due to rains - when there was no rain at all!! Again - delivery happened at 9:50 pm - no call for the delay. Coupon codes don’t make up for your inefficiency."

"Ordered online take away at Elias mall outlet one day before. Pizza was 30mins late from agreed time. Outlet did not honour free pizza voucher for the 15min take away guarantee as stated in their website. Will never patronise again."

"Ordered directly from their website and waited 2 hours, food was late. Called them after being on hold for over 15 minutes, was told it'll take another hour and a half for the food to arrive. Cancelled the order, will never be ordering from Dominos ever again. I can bake my own pizza faster, even after factoring the time to go get ingredients."
