"Alex, Tommy, and Brian came to fix a toilet that was leaking around the base. While they replaced the wax gasket, because this is a recurring problem, they recommended replacing the 25 year old cast iron flange, which is below floor level, with a stainless steel flange at floor level. They did this retrofit the next day in a neat and efficient manner."
