"Excellent service! Communications are up to date. The computer was packed well, postage was fast. If I may suggest, have a choice of OS type - W10 Home or Pro - during the order process, even if the customer doesn't want an activated OS. Some licences don't allow upgrades from W10 Home to Pro, requiring a complete reinstallation of the OS."
