"I purchased a water cooler worth ₹ 14K. And found out that it had some issues. It was symphony cooler. But dynamic store person helped me and arranged service and got the defective part replaced. Though I wish he would have replaced entire unit since it was just 4 days old. But I'm overall happy now."
