"Went to get my 2nd holes in my ears yesterday and was only able to get one. My blood sugar levels dropped and I felt Incredibly sick but Nikey took great care of me! She made sure I was Okay before leaving me to sit and have a snack lol. Scott was a great help too! Loved the environment and staff there."

"Came in on a Friday night with 5 other friends and the piercer, Nikey, was very accommodating and super quick!! So sweet and made the experience so pleasant. I got my helix and rook piercing and she helped me decide what would look good on my ears. 11/10 I’ve come to emerald for all my piercings and tattoos so far :)))"

"My dad and I came in for matching tattoos, and Emerald is my favorite tattoo shop. We took a shot with a temp tattoo artist named Jason. He was extremely nice, accommodating, and honestly was hilarious. Wish he’d stay at this location instead of going to the Roseville location. Not gonna forget this experience at all."

"Elf just Tattooed me this last Tuesday. I took a Fairy in and asked for her to be placed in a glen with flowers. He did a wonderful job. I just love it.
