"Great communication. We were in another city and had to meet him, he politely kept us informed of his time frame, met us, and the lost car key was 'found' in 10 minutes once he started! Basically the same me price as Ford- for the key plus programming. And I didn't have to deal with Ford store hours and towing it there."
