"I brought in my laptop thinking it was a charger issue, but they found it was a more serious (and expensive) internal part. Instead of pushing the repair, they honestly advised me to buy a new one since it would cost the same and they didn’t charge me anything for the checkup. Really hard to find this kind of honesty in Ottawa—highly recommend!"
