"don't bother with them if you dont have a whole lot of money!!! they say they will "help" you even with credit issues. sure were quick to take your money for a credit report, never heard from them again!!!!"

"I called Elise about refinancing my home mortgage and after a call or two and sending her the information she asked for, she's never bothered to contact me again and it's been a month. If there's nothing she can do for me, she should have the courtesy to call and let me know that, rather than leaving me hanging."
