One of the best things is the Cameras in the lobby/waiting area where I can see live from what they are doing to my car. "This is my first time at their second shop, same great experience here, got my thermostat changed, egr valve cleaned and got my state inspection done, and I didn't have to get a mortgage to help pay my bill when they were finished. Friendly with a good dose of customer service, it takes me two hours to get here, well worth the drive."
