"My experience with the coordinator was personal and very helpful. The amount of work was very large and at times felt cumbersome, but the support was excellent. Further support through chat is very limiting to me, and I would prefer at times to have a discussion on a cell, or on a zoom to smooth out communications and expedite the help."
