I’m honestly frustrated at this point. Five months is ridiculous, and the constant back-and-forth with no resolution is exhausting."

"Do not incorporate with this company. I am still trying to get things settled 5 months later. Total disaster when forming my company as well as messing up the stock certificates. I have called in 5 or 6 times over months to try to get them to resolve. There are much better companies I have used in the past, I do not know why I trusted them."
