"Do not incorporate with this company. I am still trying to get things settled 5 months later. Total disaster when forming my company as well as messing up the stock certificates. I have called in 5 or 6 times over months to try to get them to resolve. There are much better companies I have used in the past, I do not know why I trusted them."

"The Incorp service is like the Hotel California. You can subscribe but they make cancelling very, very difficult. I have tried for years to cancel but they come up with complicated rules that are impossible to implement with the Government of Texas. So the bills keep coming for a service that isn't used. "I am a new customer and I contacted the company many times after making the payment and confirm payment received for need for new corporate and ein set up. I was on the phone for at least 25 minutes each and I got hanged up every time and nobody answered the phone. Please reach out to me or I will cancel service . Very unprofessional company to begin with."

"I’ve been waiting five months. I’ve contacted them multiple times after they sent incorrect documentation, and I’m still waiting. They still haven’t corrected it or made it right. I’m honestly frustrated at this point. Five months is ridiculous, and the constant back-and-forth with no resolution is exhausting."
