"Laura Rocco wrote a note to explain why the refund we were suppose to get did not come. Laura was clear, prompt and I felt she truly knew what she was sharing with me. Todd is our Insurance guy and I always know his concern for us and any issues is #1 to him. With great customer service I have not been able to change insurance companies."
