"Solid overall experience. Great-loooking user interface, and easy-to-use. Perhaps Insightly doesn't have a more visual workflow management like other software of its kind has, but the reporting feature is, in my opinion, the strongest feature, it has! You can really get granular with customization of reports, which is hard to find in CRMs of its kind."

"It doesn't allow anything to fall through the cracks. It is very easy to use and intuitive. I work in a remote team and Insightly helps us to organize all our ongoing projects. I like that each pipeline stage can be assigned to a particular user, and that user will be notified via email when it is his/her turn to work on the project."
