I don’t remember the name of the very nice lady that helped us, she said she’s normally not at the store location but she was wonderful and very helpful and had us ready to pick out a ring and know exactly what we had imagined when walking in! "Left an item for repair and given a verbal quote. When I went to pick up the repair, I was told the cost was considerably higher. I was never called to give them a verbal authorization for the repair. Jesse insisted on honoring the original stated repair costs. So obliging and gracious. We call that a “mench”."
