"As far as the applications, Sean has done a good job. I’ve never been able to communicate with him about the results. Weeds and crab grass are abundant in my lawn. I’m medically unable to talk and can only respond to messages or email. The 800 numbers you leave can’t be messaged back."

"Start up communication with the company was confusing. I made 3 calls to get it all straightened out. When Ramon arrived, he got right to the task and when he finished, he explained what he did and what/when I should see results. Tanner is always polite and gets the job done. The pest control is a great service."

"We were not home at the time of service. An explanation of service was left near the front door which I appreciated. We could see the technician in the cameras. "It is hard to say right now because I am not sure exactly what was done. I saw that lawn was treated but treated with what?? He did leave a flag and I got a email before the treatment. I called to complain about dandelions still being in yard so I will give it a couple of days to see if that problem was addressed"

"Everything seemed to be fine. Except for two (2) items, 1.the extra grandular fertilizer was not blown from the sidewalk and the driveway. "Well. Initially was scheduled for 9/14/2023 but a no show no call to cancel ( Lear and beautiful day and all flagged as directed). I had to f/u with weed pro. I think a bit accessive with constant threats of $25 charge if wires were not marked. Y the way, I should have charges $25 for missed no call services. Other than that, the work was done… finally!"
