"Contacted them to redo our bathroom floor, had an estimate set up. An hour before the estimate, we were called and told by someone that Gabe was held up at another job, and that he'd have to call us back to reschedule. Sadly, it's been a week and nobody has bothered to call me back. Guess we'll move to someone else on our list."
