"We celebrated a birthday party for my 12 yo, and it was fantastic! The staff were great, had excellent customer service and were very on top of the place's upkeep. The location is easy to find and the email communications prior to the event facilitated everybody organized and having no issues upon arrival. The kids had an amazing time!"

"It was incredible to go to a VR place and for a fun activity to actually be wheelchair accessible in Toronto, other than the small step to enter the building (which you should be aware of), but the elevator and spacious layout is great- other places should know how to do this. "Had an amazing time at LevelUp Virtual Reality. It was our first time experiencing VR and the staff at LevelUp were so helpful - especially Joshua! He was patient, informative, and laughed at our stupid jokes. The space was clean and easy to use. An hour was definitely not long enough. Can't wait to go back!"
