"Wow! Great service! They were able to fix my garage door the same day! The technician, Chuck, was very friendly and extremely helpful! They also text you to let you know they are coming and when they are done- nice touch! Very professional, courteous, and efficient. Oh, and they have online bill pay! When I described the problem they even offered to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone to see if I could avoid a service charge which I really appreciated!
