"a super price - given what the BMW man offered! Slick sign up - albeit my new car didn't automatically come up on the search! Paperwork (which you have to print off - hence only 4 stars than 5) looks OK. Fingers crossed I never need it. Link from Telegraph which added some comfort as to bona fides etc."
