"I have always had good experience when buying the policy and when claimed any cosmetic repairs. I recently took out new gap insurance on my wife’s car, but as we had few calls over cost, the cost provided was incorrect as previously disclosed, hence one less star, but still went with policy as they have good service and staff is helpful."
