"All I can say is Ad Blue is not covered on cars over 5 year or 50,000 miles….they do not tel you that, which may mean lots of other things you think are covered are not!!"

"Not as impressed as I would have hoped for. Want to charge you £75 pounds for one of their network the garage to investigate fault before they tell you if what's wrong is covered! Problem with that is if they don't cover it you are. Already £75 down . You can go to independent for free investigation but then you have all the normal you pay and claim it back..." Read more

"have had there warranty for two years and never used but just renewed for 18 months for price of twelve seemed good value for peace of mind hopefully I wont be wrong will only know when I use it that's why 3 stars at the moment."

"After taking out Gap insurance I initially got a few emails trying to get me to purchase other services like Alloy wheel and minor damage insurance, when I ignored these I stated getting phone calls. It took four attempts with different call centre operators to get me off there list."

"When I first bought my car from the dealer 2 of the DRC shockers went and started leaking/nocking. It came with 3 months RAC warrenty which covered the repairs of in full straight away. "Cheaper than main dealer for cosmetic repair insurance but then you get what you pay for, I have submitted a claim but now I am just being ignored, no response, nothing just left in limbo, wish I had paid the extra and gone with my main dealer when I purchased the car.
