"We had an absolutely amazing experience with next day inspect. Our inspector was on time, pre-explained the process and in between would give us feedback. She was very experienced and knowledgeable. We received the report in 2 days. The detailed report highlighted major fixes to minor fixes with pictures. Would recommend to everybody!"

"The inspector was on time and professional, with a very lengthy report delivered by midnight the same day! They don't rate "pass/fail" but estimate the useful life of various items. The report was quite detailed with helpful photos of the noted deficiencies, and well of photos of temperatures and circuit issues."
