"Ridiculous, unreliable service. Horrible company.
They scoop the lawn and you can go out there yourself 5 minutes after they leave and still find 20 piles they missed. That is only if they even bother to show up that week.
Lazy, unreliable staff, run by some college kid who has no business running her own business..."

"I have used this service for several months, and each month I am less satisfied with the waste pickup. I just cancelled my account because I am extremely unhappy with the missed piles each week.
