"You did an excellent job on the parts of yard you did, but I think there was some confusion about where you needed to pick up. We have three hillsides. One straight in back that the dogs use up on flat part. None of that got picked up. "We enjoy the service, however would like them to slow down a bit there are consistently 5-7 spots that still remain after every service. Our yard is small and the average time spent on it is 7 min. They are prompt and send a notice if they are not going to be able to service do to weather."

"About 2 weeks ago someone left a degradable garbage bag over my fence. It looked terrible. I was afraid they were going to end up there ever time. The look would have been horrible. I know they are biodegradable and I love that. But they will not degrade fast enough for my yard. Thank you Jody Kaplansky"

"Everything was good but whoever came by did not put the lock back on our fence. They left it hanging along the fence line so anyone could've gone into our backyard. When they finish they need to put the lock back on, leaving our yard unlocked was unacceptable."

"Signed up for weekly service. Was 3 days late for first scheduled service. Did a good job when they came, but 9 days later, no second service. My idea of a weekly service is every 7 days. "They do a decent job but their bookkeeping is not good. They often charge my card even after I have told them to amend services for several weeks, etc. Then they do not reply or credit your account even after you bring it to their attention. I wouldn’t recommend giving them your credit card for this reason."
