"Can't prsise rnough. Was on the verge of cancelling a trip to Cuba because of severe sciatic pain thst deprived me of sleep, mobility and rationale thought. 2 hour plus sessions and a regime of specific exercises and zI am good to go. Very personalized. and a huge value."
