"Pre order food at time of booking, and confirmed @ dockside. informed during meal that they had run out of choice. Promised a refund that never happen. No response to emails sent. Cruise was BYOB, so they must have had other issues in the past."

"Worst dinner cruise we've ever been on. Just as the boat was leaving, they told us the bathrooms were out of order. We couldn't drink too much otherwise, we'd have pee'd our pants. The food is not bad but it's not great either. I gave it 2 stars because the staff is really nice."

"Captain said a brief introduction and that was it. Saw no whales, no one spoke to us after that. No announcement was made that we were heading back. The boat just headed back to the dock and we all noticed and walked to the exit. Basically just went for a boat ride and breakfast."

"The two stars are not for any terrible experience.....the overpriced tour that was a mere hour out and hour back was not what I expected. The food was okay and the service by the young crew was great! Unfortunately, I just don't think there's a point to the tour. Would probably not do it again this way....."

"This was very simple simple at best. I'd say skip it and go to more high end cruise if you can cough up a few more dollars. Barely any entertainment and food was mediocre at best and one server, so some parts of the boat will be done eating before other parts gets their food. "Service was great and food was amazing but the captains steering was very bumpy and uncomfortable. The cruise took a lot longer than I anticipated and never felt such bad motion sickness and that should say a lot since I never got motion sickness until that day.
