"Epstein is great my gripe is with Caitlyn. She was 20 mins late and extremely rude. Has poor bed side manner and doesn’t know how to handle anyone with any type of anxiety. She refused to my check in exam. And put me in the second waiting room. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a medical professional."
