"I was impressed the technician called me to let me know he would be later than planned. Then he called to let me know he was about 11 mi utes out. I apologize I forget his name. He explained what needed to be fixed in a way I understood."

"I called Service Wizards to do an install started by another HVAC installer. They came out the same day I called and gave me a price and started the job the next morning. They were totally finished in 2 days. In addition they serviced two units at rental housing. They were prompt, clean and efficient. I will definitely use them again."
