"Long-time user of desktop so I was familiar with the concepts. Fairly easy to learn if you already know QB. We integrate with a third party tool that creates invoices and does not auto send. Finding which ones in Online have been sent is more tedious that it should be - everything is in a single view."

"it links well with my buildertrend software just wish you could charge owner the cc fee if you want to offer. Pretty straight forward software i picked it up easy but have hired multiple people that couldn't figure it out but its really simple to-learn and good starting accounting product for small business no complaints don't get desktop version"

"Switched from QB desktop to improve multiple user experience but prefer the QB desktop experience. Had difficulty importing historical data. I'm having trouble re-creating the QB desktop reports I liked using. Chat support pretty good. User forums are difficult to use because it's difficult to sort out the different solutions for the different QB platforms."

"Overall if I would have had access to better customer support I would not have any complaints about quickbooks. The feature that I really liked was the ability to link QB to our bank accounts for reconciliation that helps a great deal. The many features available is also very helful."

"Generally good I think it's overpriced for what I need however for a small business I think it can work well.I had a problem with them because they charge me for two accounts for two years without giving me any relief even though I hadn't use the other account the set up is very misleading"
