I haven't had to contact customer service with any issues, so that says a lot as well. So far when I have questions their Help section in their system or google has gotten me through my questions."

"QuickBooks online is just a very "portable" way to always be in touch with our financial and operational data. What I particularly value is the upload feature and the Reports. With the upload feature, I can link expenses to invoices and have a permanent record should our paper records ever be lost."
