"I really dislike this product--it might be good for a small business, or for a business that starts out using QBO, but terrible for converting from Desktop. Too slow, too many quirks requiring work arounds, have to contact support for things desktop let you do immediately. I would never recommend it to anyone and regret making this choice."

"Ease of adoption and integration into existing tools is spot on but unless their customer service issues are taken care of, I am afraid it isn't going to appeal well with small businesses who choose Quickbooks to switch from traditional accountants to online ones with the hope that it is easier to contact someone about issues when they arise."

"I have never used Quickbooks before so I was very nervous to take on my new position at my company knowing that I would have to learn quickbooks. It was fairly easy to learn and it is a must to have to balance your books, invoice your customers and create financial reports. Quickbooks is excellent for all of these tasks."
