"The overall experience of time tracking really depends on specific need and how well it fits into existing workflow. Quickbooks Online has afforded a great experience and I have had consistent billing for repetitive tasks albeit with slight modifications."

The reporting side is the best on the market, with many dimensions of data available, more than e.g. Xero, with only two tracking categories.
