"Worst experience of my life trying to transition from Desktop to online. Totally chewed up my books. Old deleted transactions suddenly reappeared as live transactions, totally throwing off my books. Support was useless. Don't use their payroll service - they forget to pay your taxes sometimes leaving you to deal with nasty letters from your tax agencies."

"I have been complaining about this for over 2 years now to everyone at QBO that would listen and I get blown off every time!!!! If I ran MY BUSINESS like this I wouldn't HAVR a business. "I've lost so much money because QB Online won't calculate tax properly. QB online support just keeps "escalating" the issue, but never gets back to me or fixes anything. And they don't care at all about the fact that I'm losing money in my business every day, by not collecting the proper amount of sales tax."

"Anyone considering Quickbooks, please I urge you to take a quick look at 'Xero'. Xero is friendly, consistent, clear, and is a far quicker system to use. For example: changing the treatment of 3 invoices in Xero takes about 6 clicks and 20 seconds. In Quickbooks, it's about 20 clicks and takes literally 5 minutes.
