"QB desktop is fully functional compared to QBO. You get the 'latest' functionality online but some functions are quite absurd, not found in the QBO version or limited depending on what you want to do."

"It syncs with my CRM program. The software interfaces with an outside CRM cloud based program we use (Jobber). That is the only reason we use it. The QB desktop version is 100 times better and more robust than the on-line version."

"None since I will be changing to a company that supports my rights ASAP!. Works OK 90% of the time until you have a problem or they dislike your business. The payments option was nice, but just wait until you have to call or email for help."

"I would strongly recommend you look for a disc alternative or different, more flexible online product. It's pretty easy and straightforward to use. I use only for expenses and sales. I initially thought I would need more features (such as invoicing), but as I use POS software I don't require any other options."
