"The software is usable by most anyone however, if you do not have some level of an accounting background it is tricky to get everything setup correctly. It is best to have an accountant help at least with the initial setup. After that the daily entries can be done easily."

"It is a good, solid online accounting application, I like it. I like the features QBO has to handle customer invoicing and payment collections. It is really simple to create invoices from expense entries with just a few clicks. Then once the customer payment is received you can easily record the receipt, again with just a few clicks."

"I have not used the desktop version so I cannot compare the two, but I do love the ease and functionality of this program for our bookkeeping. Importing customers and payments from our technician field software is a breeze. Running a P&L report is a snap. It is pretty user friendly as well. Also priced very fairly."
